To Our CCSMG members,

Providing a rich networking and learning environment for our members has always been our primary goal, however our members safety is and remains our number one priority. Due to the current work and travel environment impacted by COVID-19, we have made the decision to cancel the 2020 CCSMG Conference planned in October 2020 and focus our energy on planning our 2021 CCSMG Spring Conference.

We are pleased to announce that we will be holding our 2021 CCSMG Spring Conference April 18-21, 2021 in Scottsdale, AZ hosted by The Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch. For those members who have already registered for the 2020 conference, your registration will be rolled to 2021. If you have previously made your 2020 conference hotel reservation, you may have already received a hotel cancellation notice direct from The Scottsdale Resort.

If a cancellation notice was not yet received, please contact them to ensure your room has been cancelled. The new link for hotel registration for the 2021 CCSMG Spring Conference is in process and will be communicated to members shortly.

Although we are disappointed that we will be unable to host our annual conference this year, we are confident that this decision is the best for the health and safety for our members and our board members. We are looking forward to reconnecting with our members in person in 2021 and will continue to connect with members through virtual platforms in 2020.

Topic: Coming back to the office - What does that look like? As part of the Managing a Customer Service Team In Extraordinary Circumstances - COVID-19 Series

As states begin to ease restrictions, and organizations start to reopen their offices, the question at the front of so many of our customer service teams is, “What does this process look like?”

Please join the CCSMG focus group and members for a round-table conversation covering: What are companies doings to keep employees safe? What changes are being implemented within the building? How does social distancing work in the office? How can leaders keep their team(s) connected while still adhering to social distancing? We will also be discussing a host of other important topics. So tune in!
