Who are we?

CCSMG is a non-profit organization which was founded in 1990. Throughout its existence the organization has been dedicated to the recognition, education, and advancement of the customer service profession. We have offered a rich and supportive networking and learning environment for customer service professionals anchored by our yearly conference focused on three educational tracks.
